Any creative field is full of challenges and music industry is no different. The music industry is difficult to navigate, which makes it inaccessible for most musicians. Talent does get recognition, but if there is no one backing you, then the process becomes a lengthy one. The artist must seek recognition from music producers, managers, record labels and concert promoters who only partly address the artist’s needs. The music industry is still working in an old way and it surely needs to revamp its style to match up to the present requirements and environments. When every industry is remodelling themselves to fit into the modern world, then why not the music industry? Old ways lose their savour in the ever-changing world and the music industry requires new solutions.
